This event is designed to educate high school students, parents, faculty, and community members and businesses on the Eastern Shore about the abundance of opportunities the AMP (Advanced Manufacturing Professionals) program offers. Meet the creators behind the program, learn about the program, and discover how to join and become a student of the program!
AMP was developed to strengthen student development both professionally and personally to give them the skills they needed to succeed not only in the advanced manufacturing and woodworking industry but ANY career. Businesses seeking to partner with Untangled Minds and the Caroline Career & Technology Center to participate in the AMP program will have the opportunity to be involved in teaching and developing students in industry trades that better prepare them for the workforce. And likewise, students will be working side-by-side a diverse group of industry professionals learning and building relationships with potential employers throughout their time in the program.
